Friendship, meeting new people and trusting our instincts - PSHE lesson for 2026 all about how it can be important to trust our instincts / intuition if ‘something feels off’. Best suited to UKS3, KS4 or KS5 - although nothing unsuitable for younger secondary students. Students will explore what it means to trust your gut if you get a bad feeling about a person, why we have these feelings and how they have protected people in the past. They will watch clips, investigate case studies and explore how to recognise unsafe situations and examine what they would do in different situations where some danger could be present.
