Managing Anxiety Mental Health PSHE Lesson
A new lesson all about anxiety and how we can manage it successfully. Students will the difference between short-term, healthy and normal anxiety (in response to intimidating situations) and chronic, long-term anxiety disorders. They will explore how the brain changes in response to long-term anxiety, how this can be healed and the best ways to prevent anxiety from becoming chronic, suitable for KS3 or KS4.
