Looksmaxxing and Body Image - Online Safety PSHE Lesson
New PSHE RSHE 2026 lesson all about the trend of ‘looksmaxxing’ and how it can be dangerous. This lesson focuses on looksmaxxing’s links to the manosphere and misogyny, dangerous trends and male body image / self-esteem. It’s created for the new 2026 RSHE guidelines, is editable and will last an hour. Best suited to KS4/KS5 but nothing unsuitable for KS3 so it could be used with them if needed.
