Polite words KS1 Year 1 Autumn 2 PSHE lesson. Created with a view to being delivered in the Autumn term, this lesson builds on learning from the previous lesson, What is respect?, and explores the importance of using polite words when interacting with others. In this lesson, the children will learn about the different situations when we should be using polite words, with a particular focus on please, thank you, and excuse me. The lesson has been left editable and is filled with engaging, well differentiated and fun activities. It is designed to be ‘no prep’, so you can just pick it up and use it, although it is still adaptable should you wish to.
