Non-Consensual Image Sharing, AI, Deepfakes and the Law PSHE Lesson
New PSHE lesson focusing on the increase of pornographic deepfakes and the harm this causes victims as well as the legal penalties for perpetrators. The lesson also covers up-skirting as well as other forms of non-consensual image sharing and the consequences of these. Students will discover the legal details of the Online Safety Act, how UK police are enforcing this and the ongoing problems faced by both the legal authorities and the public regarding new AI technology.
