Year 3 Unit 7 - Responsible Citizens (Wider World)

Our curriculum builds progressively, leading to this Year 3 unit on Responsible Citizens. In this  unit, pupils will deepen their understanding of what it means to be a responsible member of their community. They will investigate the difference between rules and laws, and explore their rights, such as the right to education and safety, and the responsibilities that come with them. Pupils will also reflect on how everyone plays a role in looking after others and shared spaces, and learn how giving time and effort through volunteering can make a positive difference.
