Year 4 Unit 6 - Growing and Changing (FREE SOW)

Our curriculum builds progressively, leading to this Year 4 unit on Growing and Changing. In this unit, we will explore new content as we learn about male and female anatomy, before leading onto a gentle introduction to puberty and the changes we can experience as our bodies grow older. We’ll also discuss emotional changes, highlight the growing importance of personal hygiene, and revisit healthy habits, such as dental care and sleep routines.
